HR Associate

We at Rashmi Bhalla Projet Consultants Pvt. Ltd are a PMC managing various residential projects across Delhi NCR.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Associate to support day-to-day administrative and human resources operations.

• Screen CVs based on defined criteria
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support
• Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and trackers
• Manage daily office administrative tasks and coordination
• Support internal communication and employee engagement activities

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
