What they need
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field
- Strong knowledge of updated Government-initiated loans and benefits
- Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
- Good oral communication and analytical skills
Key responsibilities
- Submit employee reports of new and separated employees to agencies (R1A, ER2)
- Prepare and process SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth payments
- Assist with loans, leave credits, and benefits (sickness, maternity, paternity, bereavement, etc.)
- Handle BIR enrollment, updates 1905, and status changes
- Input deductions, attendance, incentives; update compensation benchmarking
