About this Role

This role focuses on creating and delivering people practices which develop and maintain positive working relationships between an organiz ation and its people.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the whole organization’s compensation and rewards program.
• Ensuring compensat ion and benefits plans are cost effective and competitive
• Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
• Structuring compensation and benefits packages, and measure their success

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any similar discipline
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience in a similar field.
