Job description:

• Plan and implement employee engagement programs that promote company culture, values, and employee satisfaction.
• Prepare annual engagement and company event proposals for management approval.
• Coordinate and oversee employee engagement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and approved budgets.
• Facilitate and host company events as needed.
• Conduct employee onboarding programs for new hires.
• Organize event and onboarding logistics, including venue, materials, and coordination requirements.
• Document company events and engagement activities, and maintain records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience in the same function
