Jerrax is a fast-growing software development company building world-class web, mobile, SaaS, and AI solutions for startups and enterprises globally. We are looking for an energetic and organized Associate HR / Junior HR to help us strengthen our people operations and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR operations
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring internal compliance
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
• Address employee concerns and support day-to-day HR queries
• Assist management with performance review processes and employee development initiatives
• Help build and improve HR systems/processes as the company scales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Passion for people operations and building strong workplace culture

Preferred

• Experience in recruitment for tech/software roles
• Familiarity with HRMS / ATS tools
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
