Job Description:

• Reviews and updates job descriptions, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve efficiency.
• Facilitates performance management activities, including monitoring employee performance, coaching managers on feedback and performance improvement, and promoting a culture of accountability.
• Recommends regularization of probationary employees based on performance evaluation results.
• Analyzes performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and recommends appropriate interventions.
• Conducts career assessments, skills gap analyses, and competency mapping to identify employee development needs and prepare development plans.
• Partners with unit heads in identifying and recommending learning and development opportunities aligned with individual, departmental, and organizational goals.
• Supports managers in developing employees through coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback.
• Promotes a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and career development across the organization.
• Facilitates and monitors administrative cases, ensuring timely coordination and implementation of appropriate actions for concerned employees and officers.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year experience in HR - Performance Management
