HR Associate (Project-based)

• Collect, review, and verify retainer doctors’ onboarding requirements, including ACA forms required by Finance.
• Ensure all required documents are properly uploaded, organized, and maintained in Google Drive for easy access and reference.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor retainer doctor contracts, ensuring timely issuance and renewal to prevent contract lapses.
• Facilitate BPID enrollment through AppSheet and monitor the enrollment status until completion.
• Coordinate with retainer doctors, MedGov, and Finance to follow up on pending requirements, documentation, and other onboarding concerns.
• Maintain and update the retainer doctor masterlist weekly, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding status, requirements, BPID enrollment, and contract validity.
• Update HR Operations reports to reflect the latest status of retainer doctor onboarding and other related activities.
• Assist in generating, consolidating, reporting, and analyzing HR data and information to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Assist in testing, implementing, and monitoring new timekeeping processes and system enhancements, as needed.
• Prepare certifications of professional fees upon request from retainer doctors.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
