What they need
The HR Associate I ensures the proper implementation of the company’s human resources activities. Priority area is recruitment.
Coordinates the employee recruitment process
- Initiates deployment of recruitment ads
- Reviews applications/ resumes
- Conducts initial screening of applicants
- Facilitates interviews and other screening procedures with other interviewers
- Assist in preparing job offers and conducting offer discussions;
- Assist in onboarding of new employees and in conducting new hires company orientation
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences
- At least 1-2 years experience in experience in recruitment
- Experience in Volume Hiring is an advantage
