HR Associate - Timekeeping | Cagayan de Oro

Primary responsibility for compiling time and attendance data from employees across departments; verifies and accurately records employees’ time and attendance; Tracks attendance applications including leave and overtime; ensures timely submission of timesheets and supports payroll in issuing pay slips.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Collects employee's DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll information.
2. Verifies employee attendance and pro-actively validates to employee.
3. Maintains timekeeping and payroll databases.
4. Confirms and reports possible AWOL cases to Employee Relations for issuance of RTWN.
5. Monitors and records timekeeping attendance performance of all employees and reports tardiness memos, if any.
6. Prepares and issues pay slips.
7. Answers timekeeping-related queries and disputes of employees.
8. Assists Comp & Ben with any benefits-related activities
