HR Associate Trainee

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Tech Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and listening communication, professional organization, and a helpful, proactive attitude.
• Growth Mindset: High motivation to learn labor rules, payroll basics, and overall office culture.
• Recruitment function: Post job vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientations, track learning development requirements, and compile post-training evaluation reports.
• HR Administration: Maintain active employee databases, manage applicant logs, and process pre-employment documentation.
• Record Keeping: Update and maintain employee databases, attendance logs, and personal files.
• Employee Support: Answer basic team member queries regarding company rules, leave policies, or benefits.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,070.00 per month
