HR Benefits Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including HMO, life insurance, retirement, and government-mandated benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely enrollment, updates, and deductions related to employee benefits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Conduct benefits orientation and information sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Monitor benefits utilization, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
• Support annual benefits renewal, open enrollment, and benefits-related projects.

About you

• Experience in benefits administration, preferably in a shared services, BPO, or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of HMO, insurance, and government-mandated benefits.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
