HR BENEFITS

JOB OVERVIEW

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Manage new-hire benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, annual open enrollment, and benefit changes.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, claims, and plan provisions.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure timely updates in HR information systems.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, payroll, and other vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Preferably have an experience in benefits administration, human resources, payroll, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits programs and enrollment processes.
