HR BP

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions and offboarding
• Handle employee queries and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including uniform issuance and other pre-employment arrangements
• Manage the issuance, tracking and replacement of employee uniforms
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation
• Work closely with hiring managers to support manpower needs and ensure timely hiring
• Ensure HR practices and processes comply with the Singapore Employment Act (EA) and company policies
• Support HR projects, reporting and other HR initiatives as required

About you

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to HR operations and recruitment
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act (EA) and HR practices
• Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management and recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good stakeholder management abilities
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
