HR BP (Recruitment)

• Collaborate with business departments to clarify recruitment demands, align headcounts, competency requirements and expected start dates, and formulate monthly & quarterly recruitment plans.
• Develop and maintain multiple recruitment channels including job boards, headhunters, employee referrals, campus recruitment and talent communities; update job postings, screen resumes, conduct phone screenings and invite candidates to interviews.
• Oversee full-cycle interview arrangements: coordinate interviewers from business teams, schedule online and offline interviews, collect interview feedback, arrange secondary interviews, conduct background checks, negotiate compensation packages and issue formal offer letters.
• Follow up with candidates through onboarding, complete new hire formalities, synchronize employee file information, and improve offer acceptance rate and new hire retention rate. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Administration or related fields is preferred.
• Familiar with the full recruitment cycle and multi-channel recruitment approaches, capable of independently completing end-to-end recruitment work.
• Practical knowledge of core HR modules including labor contracts, social insurance and housing fund, annual labor inspection, performance appraisal, etc.
• Well-versed in labor laws and regulations; able to mitigate employment risks and safeguard corporate legitimate rights and interests with legal expertise.
• Able to independently prepare HR reports, job descriptions, attendance and overtime forms and other HR documents.
• Prior working experience as HR BP or Recruitment Specialist in manufacturing or foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel functions, PPT);
• Good command of oral and written English.
