Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves supporting the daily operations of the Jaibwallet platform, such as coordinating with customer support teams, assisting with digital wallet feature updates, and helping monitor transaction flows and user feedback. The team member will collaborate with product, operations, and technical staff to improve user experience, streamline processes, and ensure service quality. The role may also include preparing basic reports, documentation, and contributing ideas to enhance the platform’s functionality and security.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with digital financial platforms and mobile applications, with strong comfort using technology and digital tools.
• Basic skills in data entry, documentation, and report preparation to support daily operational tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and users.
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
• Understanding of digital payments or fintech services is an advantage; prior experience in financial services or customer support is beneficial.
• Ability to work part time in a hybrid setup, including on-site presence in Dubai and remote work when needed.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus.
