What they need

About the Role

As a HR Business Partner, you play a critical role in supporting the Group and business entity leaders on all people-related matters, driving workforce stability, talent development, and employee engagement. This role combines employee experience, HR advisory work and hands-on talent acquisition to ensure that teams are equipped, supported, and aligned with business priorities. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders, a culture ambassador, and a key driver of HR processes that strengthen organizational capability and performance.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Business Partnering & Talent Strategy

  • Partner with business leaders on all aspects of the people agenda, including workforce planning, talent assessment, onboarding, and development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organisational needs, succession planning, and workforce effectiveness.
  • Drive performance enhancement conversations and support managers in building high-performing teams.
  • Guide people leaders in managing key employee moments through meaningful check-ins and feedback.
  • Drive key HR processes such as performance management, probation reviews, and workforce planning cycles.
  • Use data insights to support decision-making on recruitment effectiveness, manpower productivity, and resource planning.
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure consistent, compliant, and employee-friendly HR processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and employee experience.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles across the Group—including job postings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Attract quality candidates across PME using diverse sourcing channels (job boards, referrals, social platforms, industry networks).
  • Develop robust talent pipelines to support current and future business needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team, culture, and expectations.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Design and implement programs that strengthen employee morale, well-being, and retention (team-building, recognition initiatives, engagement activities).
  • Conduct pulse checks, stay interviews, and feedback sessions to understand employee sentiment and propose solutions.
  • Act as a culture ambassador supporting leadership in embedding values and creating positive employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support organisation-wide engagement surveys and drive follow-up actions.
  • Support the planning, manpower coordination, and execution of key company events (e.g. AES/Beauty Fiesta), including roster planning, employee communications, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful event delivery and strong employee participation.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of HRBP and/or talent acquisition experience, ideally in consumer goods or a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly resilient, adaptable, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment across diverse stakeholders, and exercise sound judgement with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience partnering with both PME and Part 4 workforce (bonus), and building effective teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to support key company events, including occasional work outside regular office hours and on weekends, as required for major Group events.
