Organized & Detail-Oriented: You are able to maintain proper case records, HR documentation, and employee-related files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly with both employees and managers while handling sensitive matters professionally.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and local employment regulations.
- Support domestic inquiry, dispute resolution, or employee case management processes where needed.
3. HR Support & People Operations
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory and policy interpretation to employees and managers.
- Support offboarding administration, including resignation, termination processing, and exit coordination.
- Assist with probation reviews, confirmations, promotions, internal transfers, and related HR documentation.
- Partner with Recruitment to support hiring requirements and onboarding readiness.
- Assist in performance management cycles, talent review preparation, and organizational change initiatives.
- Track HR trends, people issues, and potential risks, and escalate key matters to the HRBP Manager or leadership.
