HR Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the full core employee lifecycle from day-to-day HR administration to offboarding and exit interviews.
• Resolving complex employee relations issues by conducting neutral, legally compliant investigations into factory floor misconduct or grievances.
• Analyzing factory workforce metrics like localized turnover, overtime costs, and absenteeism to find patterns and propose retention fixes.
• Facilitating annual performance reviews and talent mapping exercises to identify high-potential line workers ready for supervisor tracks.
• Overseeing compensation and benefits execution at the site level, including handling localized shift-differential pay and grading queries.
• Executing organizational design changes like shifting team structures or adapting to new automation lines without interrupting daily factory output.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university. HR Diploma or certification is a plus.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and operational personnel workflows.
