HR Business Partner

About the role

This is a developmental HR Business Partner role for an international manufacturer of premium lifestyle products. The role is ideal for an HR professional with solid experience in Employee Relations, Thai Labor Law and HR Compliance, who is ready to broaden their responsibilities and work closely with management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and advise managers on HR matters
• Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law and company policies
• Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and documentation
• Support recruitment, performance management and employee development
• Coordinate compensation, benefits and HR operations

About you

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Approximately 5 years' relevant HR experience
• Manufacturing HR experience required
• Practical knowledge of Thai Labor Law, Employee Relations and Compliance
• Good spoken and written Thai and English
• Sound judgement, attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels
