HR C&B and Payroll Section Head

Qualifications:

• College degree or above.
• Work experience: Engaged in human resource management for more than 5 years.
• Skilled in using Payroll System, microsoft excel, and report preparation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and endorse payroll reports, statutory remittances, and compensation-related documents for management approval.

2. Recommend salary adjustments, merit increase, incentive programs, and compensation policies to management.

3. Review and endorse payroll reports and compensation-related documents for management approval.

4. Supervise payroll computation and ensure accurate submission to management and banks.

5. Develop and review compensation structures, salary grades, and incentive programs.

6. Monitor employee loan processing and resolution of concerns.

7. Review monthly BIR Alphalist preparation and payroll reconciliation with Accounting and auditors.

8. Oversee computation and release of 13th-month pay and other employee incentives.
