What they need
- Bachelor’s graduate with a Psychology, Human Resource Development, or other related course.
- At least one year related experience in Shipping industry is a plus.
- Assist in the documentation and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fresh graduates who are highly trainable are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel for work.
- Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Shall be assigned in Occidental Mindoro
