Job summary

The HR Clerk provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department by maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR documentation, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, monitoring attendance and leave records, and supporting staff-related activities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employees’ personnel records, files, and HR documentation.
• Maintain daily staff attendance records and assist with leave, overtime, and related HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing attendance and other HR data required for payroll processing and management reports.
• Assist with recruitment administration, interview scheduling, reference/document checks, and staff onboarding.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, forms, and other administrative documents as required.
• Assist with staff ID cards, onboarding records, training records, and employee exit documentation.
• Assist with taking and maintaining minutes of HR and departmental meetings and tracking assigned action points.
• Support the HR Manager / HR supervisor with daily HR activities and follow-up of outstanding administrative tasks.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Perform other HR-related duties reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
