About this Role

This role assists in documentation and administrative task for Analytics and Industrial Relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the documentation of all employee movements such as transfer, promotion, and resignation.
• Scanning of 201 Files and documentation (external & internal memos etc.)
• Filling of 201 and 202 files
• Follow-up to Sales Office of case statuses and all IR related documents necessary to process cases (e.g. audit/incident/police reports, supporting documents such as copies of invoices/receipts, outlet’s statements etc., received copies of NTEs & NOAHs, replies, minutes of admin hearings and served copies of decisions)
• Minute taking and/or transcription of admin hearings
• Filing of accomplished cases
• Follow up of Pay out related documents such as: notices to employee, notarized quitclaims & undertakings

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any similar discipline
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience in a similar field.
