What they need
Pag-asa Steel Works seeks a Human Resource (HR) Clerk who will assist in recruitment activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
- At least two (2) years’ experience as a generalist with core competence in talent acquisition
- Knowledge of standard office administration, records management procedures, and time management (prioritization) skills
- Interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email software mandatory; HRIS a plus
