HR Clerk

For over 20 years, the EduCar of Group Companies has been providing excellent products and services in diverse industries that include retail, food manufacturing, logistics and property development.

At present, Educar Shared Services, Inc. is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.

The HR Clerk is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Responsible on updating 201 Files and other relevant personnel records.
• Performs recruitment procedure from screening of shortlisted applicants, conduct of interviews and examinations, orientation and double-checking of requirements processing.
• Provides assistance on other HR functions as well as submission of required reports.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be Graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology, Behavioral/ Social Sciences.
• Experience on the Recruitment facet would be an advantage.
• Computer literate; can work with minimum supervision
• Newly graduates with good academic records are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work onsite at Merville-Parañaque.
• Willing to work a Seasonal.
