【岗位职责】
- 进行各招聘平台职位发布与渠道管理;
- 协助招聘数据统计、分析、招聘策略制定等工作;
- 进行雇主品牌运营，策划相关线上线下宣传方案;
- 主导并推进其他招聘相关项目，如候选人体验改善、入职流程跟进等。
【任职要求】
- 本科及以上在读(2022年以后毕业)，有招聘实习经验优先;
2.9、10月能到岗，实习3个月或以上，每周出勤5天者优先;
- 有责任心、具有独立思考的能力，积极主动;
- 熟练使用Office办公软件。
base:西安雁塔区摩尔中心,薪资4-5k
职位薪资：
200-250/天
