该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1、协助校园招聘，跟踪校园招聘全流程； 2、基础岗位招聘，网络筛选简历、并进行电话面试到安排入职的整个闭环； 3、协助进行招聘渠道维护及数据分析的相关工作； 4、协助人力资源部门其他工作。 Job Description. 1、Assist in campus recruitment and track the whole process of campus recruitment. 2、Basic job recruitment, network screening resumes, and telephone interviews to arrange the entire closed loop of on-boarding. 3、Assist in the work related to recruitment channel maintenance and data analysis. 4、Assist in other work of HR department. 岗位要求： 1、在读本科或研究生； 2、熟练运用Excel、Word等办公软件； 3、聪明灵活、亲和力好、耐心、细致、认真、负责，抗压； 4、善与人沟通、逻辑思维能力及应变能力较好，富于团队协助精神； 5、每周工作三天以上，可连续三个月以上优先。 Job Requirements. 1、Current undergraduate or graduate students. 2、Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and other office software. 3、Smart and flexible, good affinity, patient, meticulous, conscientious, responsible, stress-resistant. 4、Good communication with people, good logical thinking ability and strain ability, rich in team assistance spirit. 5、Working more than three days a week, can be more than three consecutive months preferred. 出勤天数：一周3天以上 Days of Attendance: More than 3 days a week 实习薪酬：120-150元 Internship salary: 120-150 RMB 工作地点：上海市闵行区申学路201号 Work location: No. 201 Shenxue Road, Minhang District, Shanghai
