任职要求： 教育背景：统招本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、管理学等相关专业优先。 经验技能：有猎头或HR实习经验者优先，具备一定的人才寻访和初步沟通技巧。 核心素质：具备出色的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，工作细致、有责任心。 时间要求：能保证每周至少出勤4天，实习周期不低于3个月
