该职位来源于猎聘 工作概述/Job Summary： 我们是一家CRO公司，致力于支持制药及医疗器械企业开展全球临床试验并助力其拓展国际市场。现诚聘一名积极主动、注重细节的人力资源实习生，以支持人力资源与行政相关职能，包括境内外人才招聘、文件管理及其他运营事务。理想的候选人应具备出色的组织能力、良好的沟通技巧，并能够适应以英语为工作语言的国际化工作环境。 We are a rapidly growing Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to supporting pharmaceutical and medical device companies in conducting global clinical trials and expanding into international markets. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support HR and Administration functions, including domestic and international talent acquisition, document management, and other operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and be comfortable working in an international business environment where English is used as a working language.

工作职责/Job Responsibilities： 1. 协助处理人力资源相关文档及数据录入工作，确保记录的准确与完整。 Assist with HR documentation and data entry to ensure accurate record keeping. 2. 协助开展国内及国际人才招聘工作，包括候选人搜寻、简历筛选、面试安排及候选人沟通。 Support domestic and international recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. 3. 协助维护招聘数据库、人才库及招聘进度跟踪表。

Assist in maintaining recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and recruitment trackers. 4. 根据需要协助制作各类报告、演示文稿及行政文件。

Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required. 5. 完成上级安排的其他人事及行政相关工作。 Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors. 工作要求/Qualifications： 1. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练使用英语作为工作语言。 Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to use English as a working language. 2. 人力资源管理、英语、生命科学等相关专业本科或硕士在读。

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, English, Life Sciences, or other related fields. 3. 了解医药、医疗器械、CRO或临床研究行业者优先。 Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medical device, CRO, or clinical research industry is preferred. 4. 具备良好的保密意识，能够妥善处理敏感信息。 Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
