Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Human Resources activities and employee matters.
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, attendance and leave records.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters and other HR documents.
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee-related claims.
• Handle matters relating to foreign workers, including documentation, permits and renewals.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies such as JTK, JKM, PERKESO and KWSP when required.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and staff welfare when required.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR is preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HR documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.
