【工作内容】: 1、支持招聘工作：拓宽渠道，维护招聘平台，筛选简历，电话沟通候选人，安排面试，相关招聘文案工作，入职流程，新入职员工背调等 2、独立负责实习生人才招聘工作，建立MT Talent Pool 3、制作、更新招聘海报，并发布于各类招聘渠道 关键资格： 您必须为我们的团队带来以下最低技能和经验以被考虑： 1、对人力资源感兴趣，注重细节与过程 2、较强的英语书写及表达能力 3、熟练掌握Microsoft Office软件，尤其是Excel 4、具有较强的逻辑且渴望学习，良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神 5、每周4天以上
职位薪资：
