Manage performance appraisal processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Proven experience in human resources role for 6 months to 1 year.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
