HR Executive – Night Shift

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and initial candidate screening.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance and employee records.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Assist with employee performance and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support management with daily HR activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Previous HR/recruitment experience is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Must be comfortable working the 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift.

Work Location: In person
