About the role

Homecore INC' is seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our dynamic team in Carmona Cavite. As an HR generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation's human resources needs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's success.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
2. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and best practices
3. Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
4. Organising and coordinating employee engagement activities and initiatives
5. Maintaining accurate employee records and database
6. Assisting with payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks
7. Identifying and addressing HR-related challenges and implementing effective solutions

What we're looking for

1. 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
4. Proficient in HR-related software and systems
5. Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
