Position: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Pune / Nagar
Experience: Freshers / 01 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Handle and maintain job postings and recruitment portals.
• Provide support in HRMS/HR tools KEKA management, including employee data updates and basic system-related activities.
• Assist with employee Induction onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Support attendance and leave management and ensure timely follow-up for attendance-related requirements.
• Provide support in payroll-related activities, including attendance inputs, data verification, and coordination.
• Assist with day-to-day HR Administration and Operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for HR/Admin-related requirements and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Support various employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, and internal events.
• Provide general support to the HR team in daily activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Willingness to learn HRMS/HR tools
• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/B.Com/BA or any graduate with an interest in HR.
