• In charge of the recruitment for local positions approved in both academic and non-academic team, and be responsible for employment process according to safer recruitment policy
• Mainly responsible for mapping and identifying suitable candidates, phone screening, managing the interview process, supporting for offer administration and reference check
• Maintain the local recruitment channels on daily basis
• Assist the Recruitment Manager in building up talent pool and expanding recruitment channels to meet the hiring needs
• Support for the Universities and Colleges affairs
• Ensure safer recruitment in entire process Visa for Expats
• Existing expats’ renewal of work permit and residence permit for expatriates
• Ensure all expatriates staff’s personal file are up to date
• Support with expatriate staff onboarding process, make sure the communication with new staff smoothly and effectively
• Maintain close relation with all local authorities
• Other duties as assigned by HR Manager
