Role Overview

As a Management Trainee / HR Executive, you will be involved in a wide range of HR functions, including HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Coordination, Talent Management, HR Analytics, AI-enabled HR initiatives, and Generalist activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a well-rounded HR career in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Support onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in HRMS management and data accuracy.

HR Generalist Activities

• Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Support performance management processes.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support.

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support campus hiring and talent acquisition activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

HR Coordination

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for various HR programs.
• Support training and organizational development initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and HR communications.

HR Analytics & AI

• Work with HR data, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Explore AI-powered HR tools and digital HR transformation initiatives.
• Support automation and process improvement projects.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Support audit requirements and statutory documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.
• 0-4 years of experience in HR.
• Freshers with strong academic credentials and HR internship exposure are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn HR technology, analytics and AI applications.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
