About the Role
We are looking for energetic and confident female freshers who want to build their career in Human
Resources and Talent Acquisition. As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will work on end-to-end recruitment and
gain practical industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
¢ Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
¢ Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate coordination
¢ Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups
¢ Make 5080 calls daily to candidates
¢ Maintain recruitment databases and hiring records
Training & Development
¢ Complete training on LinkedIn recruitment
¢ Hands-on training on Naukri portal
¢ Practical exposure to corporate hiring processes
¢ Mentorship and recruitment skill development
Required Skills
¢ Excellent communication skills in English
¢ Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
¢ Basic computer knowledge
¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
