岗位职责】 1. 进行各招聘平台职位发布与渠道管理； 2. 协助招聘数据统计、分析、招聘策略制定等工作； 3. 进行雇主品牌运营，策划相关线上线下宣传方案； 4. 主导并推进其他招聘相关项目，如候选人体验改善、入职流程跟进等。 【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上在读（2023年以后毕业），有招聘实习经验优先； 2. 9、10月能到岗，实习2个月或以上，每周出勤5天者优先； 3. 有责任心、具有独立思考的能力，积极主动； 4. 熟练使用Office办公软件。
职位薪资：
200-250/天
