Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for clinical (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, therapists) and non-clinical/administrative staff.
  • Source candidates using job portals, referral networks, professional platforms, and local hiring drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, align candidates with clinical leadership schedules, and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding, credential verification, document collection, and orientation programs for all new hires.
  1. Payroll Administration & Statutory Compliance
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, verifying attendance, leaves, overtime, and structural components (Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, Reimbursements).
  • Manage end-to-end statutory compliance, ensuring timely remittance and filing for Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and LWF.
  • Maintain compliance records and documentation to ensure audit readiness under the Shops & Establishments Act, Healthcare Regulations, and applicable Indian Labor Laws.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary structures, tax declarations, Form 16, PF transfer/withdrawal, and ESI benefits.
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, maintaining confidentiality and fair resolution practices.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture, team collaboration, and employee retention across clinical and administrative units.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs, performance appreciation events, and health/wellness workshops.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback trends, and facilitate smooth offboarding and clearance procedures.
  1. HR Operations & Performance Management
  • Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Support management in tracking probationary periods, performance appraisals, and training schedules.
  • Help draft, update, and implement clinic-wide HR policies, code of conduct, and POSH guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, or related field. MBA / Master's in HR is preferred.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act).
  • Direct experience sourcing across both administrative and clinical/technical talent profiles.
  • Practical understanding of payroll structures, allowances (HRA, Conveyance), and deduction mechanics.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language(s).
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and professional discretion.
