HR COE Expert(Crypto）

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional to work on compensation and benefits (C&B) and performance management. This individual contributor role focuses on practical delivery, HR data analysis, and clear processes. You may bring stronger experience in either area, with the ability and interest to contribute across both.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits or incentive updates.
• Deliver assigned stages of performance reviews, including timelines, employee guidance, result consolidation, and follow-up.
• Analyze compensation and performance data to inform HR recommendations.
• Work with HRBPs and managers to communicate processes and resolve implementation questions.
• Maintain accurate HR records, review templates, and process documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous or current HR experience at a cryptocurrency exchange is required.
• Hands-on experience in C&B or performance management; experience in both is preferred.
• Ability to use Mandarin Chinese as a working language.
• Experience analyzing HR data and coordinating review processes.
