HR Compensation and Benefit

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies that align with company goals and market benchmarking
• Manage and administer salary structures, job gradings, and pay scales across all levels of the organisation
• Conduct regular market analysis and salary surveys to ensure compensation packages remain competitive within the Indonesian employment market
• Oversee the implementation and administration of employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, pension schemes, and allowances
• Prepare and present compensation and benefits reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements relating to compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits
• Support the development of policies and procedures related to compensation, performance incentives, and bonus schemes
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation and benefits matters
• Identify opportunities to optimise benefits programmes and reduce costs whilst maintaining employee satisfaction

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits management or HR general consulting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, regulations, and statutory benefits requirements
• Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HR management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR-related software platforms
• Professional HR certification (such as SHRM or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience working in recruitment or HR consulting firms is advantage
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
