HR Compensation & Benefit

·     Manage employee compensation structure, salary adjustments, and promotions.

·     Administer employee benefits (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, bonus, etc).

·     Administer employee income tax (PPh 21), including monthly and annual calculations and reporting.

·     Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefit data in HR systems.

Job Requirements

·     Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·     Minimum 1 year of experiences in Compensation & Benefit and/or Payroll.

·     Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compensation structures, and benefits administration.

·     High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

·     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems.

·     Proficient in English, both oral and written.
