HR - Compensation and Benefits

• Answers employees’ inquiries about payroll issues and coordinate to HR Supervisor.
• Assist HR Supervisor when necessary for Payroll related matters.
• Prepares Project Site and Head Office semi-monthly payroll.
• Ensures that Daily Time Record will be submitted on time of each project site for Payroll processing.
• Gathers and examines timesheet to ensure validity.
• Prepares and distributes copy of pay slips.
• Process all the computation for the Final Pay of resigned employees.
• Follow up the status of resigned employees’ Final Pay.
• Create and disseminate the HR Memorandum to all personnel representative in each project for cascading.
• Maintains the HR Documents such as Leave Credits Monitoring, Final Pay Monitoring, Payroll Adjustments Monitoring, 13th month pay consolidation/monitoring (Head Office and Project Sites)
• Provide assistance to Compensation and Benefits Supervisor to process Government Mandatory Benefits and Loans.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits (Preferably from construction industry)
• Can start As Soon As Possible
