HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS STAFF (PROJECT-BASED)

The Total Rewards Staff is responsible for administering employee compensation and benefits, managing timekeeping and billing processes, ensuring compliance with government-mandated requirements, and preparing accurate reports to support employee rewards and HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or any behavioral courses
• With experience in similar role; experience in manufacturing is preferred
• With solid experience in manual timekeeping and HRIS
• With experience in employee engagement is a plus
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform multi-tasking and can handle pressure at all times
• Willing to work on a 1-year project-based contract
