Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Compliance professional to manage statutory compliance, labour law requirements,

employee documentation, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and Labour Welfare Fund.
• Ensure timely statutory filings, returns, registrations, and renewals.
• Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and Shops & Establishments regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll, accounts, consultants, and government authorities on compliance matters.
• Support labour audits, inspections, and statutory assessments.
• Monitor compliance related to minimum wages, working hours, leave, overtime, and employee benefits.
• Ensure POSH compliance and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare compliance MIS, trackers, and reports.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and ensure necessary process updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR Statutory / Labour Compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.
• Experience in statutory filings, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems.
