What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with Manpower Vendors and ensure the manpower deployment & compliance.
- Monthly invoice process of manpower vendors, SRN, provision report, headcount reco, MIS.
- Co-ordinate with Vendor and followup the compliance on Ascent vendor audit tool.
- Coordinate with Ascent & central compliance team for stat displays, handling of inspections.
- Handle audits & day to day queries of employees.
- EY compliance tool owner responsibility.

- Any Graduate

- Kannada Communication (Mandatory)
