Role & responsibilities
Statutory Compliances for Quantum, GreenLine and its subsidiary Companies
Maintenance of registers/records, preparing of periodical online/ offline records under various applicable laws
Core focus will also be on the statutory compliance, audits and support for all partners/ contractors of above companies
Candidate should have exposure to manage procedural compliance under the Factories Act, New Wage Code and Shops and Establishment Act
Disciplinary Actions - Show Cause/Charge sheet/Enquiry/Warning/ Penalty/ Fine/ Suspension/Termination management
Participation in Customer Audits, Government Inspections, internal audits, etc
Quantum HR PoC on record and signatory, exposure to compliance portals is must
Drafting MoU/agreements
Strong internal and external stakeholder management
Managing IR will be an additional advantage (not must)
