HR Compliance Manager

An HR & compliance officer in a construction company is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and for managing employee resources. Responsibilities.

• Compliance
• Develop and implement compliance programs
• Identify and manage legal risks
• Create, enforce, and review company policies
• Conduct compliance audits and prepare reports
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches
• Communicate with stakeholders about regulatory initiatives
• HR
• Onboarding, employee benefits, payroll, training, and certifications
• Reskilling and maintaining a positive work culture
• Recruiting strategies to keep projects staffed
• Planning for the future of the workforce
• Mitigating conflicts among personnel

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Additional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)

Skills

• Understanding of the construction industry and the challenges faced by field employees
• Ability to create strategies and process improvements
• Ability to work with HR and business teams to implement recommendations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
