HR CONSULTANT

About the role

This role involves understanding clients' HR and organizational needs and providing appropriate recommendations. You will support clients in various HR and people development projects, conduct discussions, interviews, assessments and workshops with clients and employees, and support the development and implementation of HR initiatives related to performance, talent and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' HR and organizational needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Support clients in various HR and people development projects
• Conduct discussions, interviews, assessments and workshops with clients and employees
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives related to performance, talent and employee development
• Prepare proposals, presentation materials and project reports
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
• Work closely with internal team members to deliver effective HR solutions
• Keep up to date with HR trends and identify new opportunities to support our clients

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline
• 3–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to consulting, talent management, organizational development or performance management
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Good interpersonal and client management skills
• Able to understand business needs and translate them into practical HR solutions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Japanese language ability will be an added advantage
